LUNA REFORMER – WARRANTY
Mundo™ Manufacturing warrants and represents that the product and the specific parts listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period for such product or part. The following limited warranties (the “Limited Warranties”) extend only to the original Buyer of the product from a Mundo Authorized Dealer. At Mundo Manufacturing’s sole option, a Mundo Authorized Dealer will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any defective product or part covered by the Limited Warranties.
5 Year Limited Warranty: Luna Reformer™ – frame has a limited warranty of 5 years from date of invoice.
3 Year Limited Warranty: Luna Reformer – Tower has a limited warranty of 3 Years from date of Invoice.
2 Year Limited Warranty: The moving parts of the Luna Reformer have a limited warranty of 2 Years from date of Invoice.
1 Year Limited Warranty: Luna Reformer Springs have a limited warranty of 1 year.
60 Day Limited Warranty: Luna Reformer upholstery has a limited warranty of 60 days and will be replaced if it fails under normal wear within 60 days of date invoiced. Proof of damage will be required. This limited warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, damage to fabric caused by zippers, snaps or other apparel adornments, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If identical fabric is not available, a substitute fabric of similar quality and appearance will be provided.
Exclusions & non-returnable Items: Luna Reformer Springs, Loops, Footstrap, Sitting Box, Jumpboard, Tower and Mat Conversion are non-returnable. If you have a defective part, please contact your Mundo Authorized Dealer.
Exclusion of all other warranties: Except for the Limited Warranties detailed above, Mundo Manufacturing expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Mundo Manufacturing assumes no responsibility whatsoever with respect to the use or disposition of its products by Buyer. No oral or written information or advice given by Mundo Manufacturing, a Mundo Authorized Dealer, or their affiliates, agents, or representatives, shall create a warranty, whether express or implied, or in any way alter the scope of this exclusion of warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied or statutory warranties, so the exclusions contained in this paragraph may not apply to you. In such event, any implied or statutory warranty period shall be extended only to the minimum period required by applicable law, and only to the extent such extension is mandatory and non-waivable. THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF ALL WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. By accepting delivery of any product, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Mundo Manufacturing has made no representations or warranties, express or implied, to or for the benefit of Buyer which contradict any of the foregoing.
